Transformational Sound Healing
These group or private sessions are customized to bring you the frequencies most helpful for your growth. Each session will also bring you into the deep stillness and silence where all healing happens. The frequencies of the singing bowls offers an effortless way to heal and grow as it brings you into a state of meditation. With repeated sessions, you become entrained to the sound and meditate easily. In person at my Portland Oregon studio, or on Zoom, with excellent sound.
